Design & Ordering
β§ Yes, we do. You have to share your dream jewelry images with us and we will create it for you.
β§ We will be pleased to receive the customized and personalized order. We have a simple procedure for customized orders, the steps are as below...
- Start a conversation with one of our jewelry designers about your customized design. They will help you in the designing process of your jewelry also if you have a specific design in your mind send us a picture.
- We will create CAD (Computer Design) of your jewelry and send it to you for confirmation. If you need any changes you can let us know we will do changes according to your requirements.
- Once the CAD is approved from your side. We will Cut & Polish your Moissanite Diamond and start the jewelry manufacturing process.
- When your jewelry is ready to ship, we will share the Images & Videos of your jewelry and then ship it with an international courier company.

β§ Yes, most of our designs can be customized to suit your taste and lifestyle, as an example Moissanite can be replaced with Diamond, Sapphires or Emeralds, prong styles can be changes from traditional to claw. Simple design changes will add a extra minimal fee, if the ring design changes in a more significant way like two rings put together, larger or smaller stones are required, a design element is added or removed or if a design image is required, there will be additional charges, or the design may be considered custom at the designer's discretion. β§ Yes, all of our designs are meant to be customized with your choice of center stone and metal! Most work well with center stone sizes from 0.30 carats to 3.0 carats, and in many shapes like oval, pear, brilliant, etc. Contact Us for center stone size & shape changes.

β§ Yes, we offer engrave service on our all precious fine jewelry. Engraving costs $20 for up to 15 characters, and 5.00 for each additional 10 character. After engrave we request to double-check on engraving and ask for the images of engraving before we ship it out to you
β§ We do not sell only setting. Our settings are made-to-order with each one handcrafted for a center diamond with unique characteristics to ensure the quality of the finished piece. For this reason, we do not provide stand-alone settings or semi mounts. Please let us know if we can assist you with selecting a center diamond.
β§ Yes, We do make men's jewelry on a customized order basis. Please send us an image on support@darbydiamonds.comand we will recreate it for you.

β§ Yes, Moissanite are available in all shapes Like Round, Princess, Pear, Oval, Radiant, Trillion, Marquise, Emerald and Cushion. They are also available in all sizer from 0.05ct to 15.0ct.
β§ No, we have our own manufacturing factory in Surat (Diamond City) INDIA. All our Moissanite Diamonds are cut & polished by professional artisan ofΒ Touche Doree Family. We have a team of gemologists who will inspect the diamonds before we stud them in jewelry.
β§ Yes, all our Moissanite Diamonds are certified and tested by International Laboratory. We give a physical authenticity certificate card of your diamond jewelry on request. You must pay a $50USD certification charge. You can also check the authenticity of diamonds from any International Laboratory in your country.
β§ Yes, all our Jewelry is make in Solid 10KT, 14KT or 18KT Gold. The color of the gold can be chosen from White, Yellow or Rose.
β§ Yes, all jewelry comes with metal authenticity stamps. Once your jewelry is ready to ship at our manufacturing unit after that we will send it to the International hallmarking laboratory they will check the metal authenticity & stamp on it.
We use gold metal, specifically gold with an authenticity stamp. The authenticity stamp ensures the quality and genuineness of the gold used in our products.
Processing & Shipping
β§ Each piece of our ethical fine jewelry is hand made especially for you, with love and care. Your beautiful piece of jewelry will be made in max. 2 to 3 weeks plus shipping time. Custom, Customized and Engraved pieces will require additional time.
β§ Yes, we ship our jewelry all over the world.
β§ Once, we dispatch your jewelry from our manufacturing unit after that we will update you with the tracking information so you can track your package. If you facing any error to track your jewelry please contact us atΒ support@darbydiamonds.com.
β§ Yes, you can change the address before item ship from our manufacturing facility by sending a direct message, once the item is shipped out you can't change. We will not be responsible for any loss of parcel that occurs due to a wrong address.
Return, Resizes & Repairs
β§ We will accept return and exchange on most pieces. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. If you want to exchange your piece, we'll apply full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or grater value. Read our Return & Refund PolicyΒ here.
β§ Yes, absolutely. As long as itβs a Touche Doree piece (that is not an eternity band version of one of our designs) we will resize it for free.
If you chose the βEternity Bandβ style option for your ring, resizing incurs a $100 fee (as opposed to our standard complimentary service). You will be required to email us to confirm your ring size before we can begin production on your piece.
