Custom Jewelry Manufacturing: Crafting each custom piece takes around 2-3 business weeks. Once manufacturing wraps up, we'll confirm with you before shipping.

Shipping and Delivery: Upon shipping, orders typically reach you within 6 to 9 business days. Please note that Darby Diamonds isn't liable for delays due to severe weather or unexpected circumstances. We do not deliver to PO boxes. If you change the delivery address with the shipping company while the parcel is en route, any resulting delays are your responsibility.

Free Delivery: We provide free delivery to your address. However, you're responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.

Product Changes: Should you wish to alter the product before shipment, the manufacturing time resets from day one.
