At Darby Diamonds, we understand that choosing your engagement or wedding ring is a meaningful decision. Our Try Before You Buy program allows you to experience your ring at home before placing the final order — with complete confidence and peace of mind.

1. What Is the Home Trial Program?

Our Home Trial Service allows you to order a replica of your chosen ring design before purchasing the final piece.

  • Trial ring is made in Silver with CZ stones
  • Matches the exact design, size, and finish of the final ring
  • Available for $99

The only difference is that your final ring will be crafted in precious metals with certified Lab Grown Diamonds or moissanite.

2. How It Works (Step by Step)

Step 1: Choose Your Ring

Select the ring design you love and email us at support@darbydiamonds.com.
You can also request custom designs or modifications that may not be listed on our website.

Our team will help you customize details such as:

  • Diamond shape
  • Carat weight
  • Band width or thickness
  • Setting style or design changes
  • Any other customization not currently available in our listings

We will share all details and create a custom Home Trial listing for your order.
The Home Trial Ring is available for $99.

Step 2: Made to Your Size

Your trial ring is crafted in your exact ring size, ensuring the same fit and comfort as your final ring.

Step 3: Try at Home

  • Your Home Trial Ring is delivered within approximately 20 days
  • Wear it daily to check comfort, fit, and overall appearance
  • Experience the design on your hand in real life

Step 4: Place Your Final Order

Once you’re fully confident:

  • Place your final order in gold, platinum, or other precious metals
  • Your $99 Home Trial fee is fully adjusted against your final purchase

3. Trial Ring Details

    The Home Trial Ring mirrors the final design, including any approved customizations.

  • Metal
    Crafted in Silver, finished with the same polish and surface treatment as the final ring.

  • Stones
    Set with CZ stones to represent the design. Sparkle will differ from Lab Grown Diamonds or moissanite.

  • Size & Fit
    Made to your exact measurements to give an accurate preview of comfort and fit.

4. Trial Ring Policy & Conditions

  • Home Trial Rings are non-returnable
  • The $99 Home Trial fee is non-refundable
  • The $99 Home Trial fee will be fully adjusted only against the purchase of the final ring crafted in Gold or Platinum
  • The Home Trial fee cannot be adjusted or redeemed separately
  • Customers keep the Home Trial Ring permanently
  • Custom Home Trial Rings are made strictly based on approved designs and specifications
